A sampling of cakes I found looking for something different....this is WAY over my talent, but I wish when my kids were younger, they had a LHOP party. They had friends that would have loved it and the games/treats are easy to do. Such talent some have and I'm sure a lot of love to do this.

Those are so cool! I wish I could find a picture of the cake that Lori made for her daughter! It was awesome! Maybe if she stops in, she'll post the picture again!

Great looking cakes, but how could you bring yourself to eat them?

Spring is finally here, the lovely pink blooms on the "spray" tree outside my window are gone leaving a beautiful willow.

Oh, those are just adorable. I always wanted to make a LH cake, but I just can't figure out what to do with it.

One birthday, years ago, of course, my mom got me a LH cake for my birthday. I still have the picture somewhere. It was nothing like these, but there was a big rock Smile and prairie grass and a sign that said "Walnut Grove" on it. I still have the rock and sign for sure. And she had it signed "From Ma, Pa and the girls". Smile

Who's going to do the cooking?!?!
