When I was a little girl my Mom had a cookbook that had that recipe in it!

Reminds me of this joke from when I was a kid

Why do elephants paint their toenails red?

So they can hide in a strawberry patch. grinsmiley

You know how you can tell if someone is a vegetarian? Don't worry about it, they will tell YOU.
A vegan friend of mine told me that joke. He's got a great sense of humor.

What book is this in? If it is in a regular cookbook, I am going to assume that they added it as a joke. I wouldn't think anyone would think this was real. Laughing

But then again, who knows? There are some very gullible people out there! Smile

Who's going to do the cooking?!?!

It's in a Rotary Club cookbook, spiral bound from the 70's. I'm pretty sure it was included as a joke.
