Yogurt & Cottage Cheese

Did any of you know that eating yogurt daily aids in weight loss? Also, eating cottage cheese helps, especially the fat free kind. Cottage cheese digests into a sort of gel like substance that helps keep you fuller longer, which helps to keep you from eating so often. The low fat kind is usually very low in calories too, so you don't feel bad about eating it!

I love cottage cheese! I like it with salt and pepper and most of all with apple butter mixed with it.

Spring is finally here, the lovely pink blooms on the "spray" tree outside my window are gone leaving a beautiful willow.

I absolutely love cottage cheese. I put it on top of my salads to make them more substaining to be a lunch. It's also good with celery.

I also eat yogurt every morning. Sometimes I even eat it for a snack in the evening. Love teh carrot cake flavor!

I should eat more yogurt. I don't like cottage cheese. I ate it when I was a kid, but now I can't stand it.

I hated it as a kid but tried it again recently to see if I my taste buds have changed.
