PostSubject: Suggestions?   Thu Apr 11, 2013 3:04 am

As some of you know my Mother & I were in a bit of a wreck this past Monday. As a result, we both have a minor whiplash & I have lost some strength & feeling in my right hand/fingers. Because of the minor whiplash, I cannot do any exercising or workouts right now until I am better. I've been having to take it easy, lying around & all, plus, we've been eating some pretty tasty, but fattening desserts these past few days. I want to be able to keep my figure & not gain any weight. Summer is coming up & it's taken me awhile to get to where I'm at now. Is there anything anyone could suggest to help me here to keep the weight & pounds off since I am unable to exercise? Maybe eat less? Suggestions?

Since you're so young, and it's minor whiplash, you should be back at your normal pace in no time. I speak from experience. I was in a car accident when I was 16. We were rear-ended, and the car I was in was totaled. I had a pretty bad case of whiplash, but in just a couple of weeks I was back to my normal activities. Your figure won't be ruined by minor whiplash. Just eat what you normally would, and go for walks instead of working out. Walking is GREAT exercise and is very gentle on joints. I'm VERY glad that you and your Mom are both okay.

That's a great idea if I can convince my Mom it won't hurt me. HeeHee I love walking & I do it very often along with jogging but I will lay off on the jogging right now! Haha!

A little update.

I am almost 100% recovered! I have regained most of the strength back in my hand and the whiplash is almost all gone if not already. I now do not have to go twice a week to him, but once a week. He is amazed at how fast I have recovered.

My Mother on the other hand hasn't been doing as well, but I believe her problem is because of all the stress that has been going on so please keep her in prayer....

Well thats good that your almost recovered. In a week or so you could invite friends over to play soccer, or even just bike around. I dont know the area you live around, but from me I can bike everywhere I need to go, and then some more.

So do I!
