| Around here where we live everyone is puttin those big square boards that look like quilt pieces on their barns.. I don't know if anyone knows what I'm talkin bout or not lol... but I was wonderin what their supposed to mean or are they just puttin them on there for looks... And where can you get them??

| I've never seen them, I don't think. I did see one time when we were up north, big stars on Barns. I read a thing about it, but I can't remember what it said! lol

Thanks for the link Pam. The Barn Quilts are really interesting.  No we don't have any around here Paige. We do have the Metal Stars. They are everywhere. I have one in my living room. It looks just like the flag one in this picture I posted.  Does anyone else have/heard of the metal stars?

| I haven't seen the stars here yet, Susie. I like the flag one the best.
It's funny how thigs take off like that. For awhile it seemed to be garden gnomes, and the gazing balls. I never really cared for the gazing balls because they always looked like gigantor Christmas bulbs, lol.
But, I guess it's like that with everything. I see jelly shoes have made a comeback. Though they are much more stylish than the jellies of the 80's! And I am going off topic.

| Those stars are excatly what I saw when we went up north. My dad said 'when we build a barn, we have to come and get us a star for it!'
