| I'm not sure if I have seen it or not, but with Sandra Bullock in it, I am sure I would love it............ _________________

| I loved that movie and the relationship between Birdee and Justin and her interraction with Bernice. _________________

| "Hope Floats" is one of my favorite movies.
Some Quotes!
Bernice Pruitt: My dad says that childhood is the happiest time of my life. But, I think he's wrong. I think my mom's right. She says that... [Bernice's voice fades as Birdee takes over] Birdee Pruitt: [laughing] Childhood is what you spend the rest of your life trying to overcome. That's what momma always says. She says that beginnings are scary, endings are usually sad, but it's the middle that counts the most. Try to remember that when you find yourself at a new beginning. Just give hope a chance to float up. And it will, too...
Birdee Pruitt: I would have stayed with you forever. I would have turned myself inside out for you. Bill Pruitt: Birdee, I wouldn't have let you! People grow. They change. They have to! Birdee Pruitt: You think that I don't know that? I know that I'm not what I once was. I know that! But I haven't changed so much, that I would go and lie to someone that I love. God, I would walk through fire before I'd let them feel like they were nothing! And I would never break up anybody's home. Because I am not a quitter. I care about my family! I may not be the same person, but then again, neither are you. You're sad, you're weak, and you're... shorter. If you want to know the truth.
Bernice Pruitt: Is this where you were "cream of corn"? Birdee Pruitt: "Queen of Corn," honey. Three years runnin'. A feat unsurpassed in the history of Smithville.
Love it! _________________

| | This movie is on ABC Family a lot! It's a cute chick flick that's throughly entertaining. |

| It has a great soundtrack. I checked it out from the library a few months ago. It's been ages since I've seen the movie though. |

| Jacob, you and my wife would get along great. She loves this movie. Me personally, I call it "____ Floats" and the missing word is not Hope. |

Good to have you back, Larry! I personally haven't seen the movie. I'm sure I'd like it (since I love chick flicks and Sandra Bullock), but have never had the chance to see it. _________________

| Thanks for the warning, Carol! LOL. I actually was in Blockbuster tonight b/c we had a free rental coupon, and considered getting the movie, but I decided I wasn't in the mood for a sad movie tonight. We ended up getting nothing and watching "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" being re-run on TV, LOL. _________________
