I just wanted to say hi and thanks for allowing me to join your group. I am a 47 yr old Aussie who loves the little house books and tv series. Our Granddaughter has just turned 7 ...great age to meet Laura and her family so thats my 2008 project . I look forward to getting to know you all thru your posts.

Thank you all for such a great welcome....What a lovely way to become a member of a group.....im in Queensland Australia but raised in nsw (outer suburbs of sydney)
We live in a famous part of Oz as far as commercialism goes ...we are in Bundaberg home of Bundy rum...Hubby of 28 years works at Bundaberg sugar which is a sister company of Bundaberg rum....he loves the drink i have never tasted it.
We live an ordinary life blessed with jobs and children....all our kidlinks have now grown and have addresses of they own .....we have one grandchild a delightful little woman named Deja (as in deja vu)
Your heartfelt welcome was a lovely start to my day
