I heard a Rumer that Laura Ingalls Wilder had Wanted to go on the Titanic but had missed the Ship it that True or it that just a Rumuer?

I'm pretty sure that it was a rumor. She and Almanzo weren't doing very well, financially, at the time - at least . . . not well enough to go on a luxury cruise. But our resident experts can answer the question with more certainty. grinsmiley

Hmm I doubt that it´s true... the ship sailed from Ireland to America and weren´t Almanzo and Laura in the States in 1912??
