I would appreciate your prayers for Marc Acconcio and his family. He has been missing since Wednesday and the local police, State police, K9 Units and Air Wing have turned up nothing so far. He used to be the Lil Diva's baseball coach when she played a couple years ago. He's a very sweet man. He has a wife and two young children.

WOW Cheryl....I hope he is ok and nothing bad has happened.......I will pray for his safe return.

I had a strange call the other day from the spouse of the maintenance man. She was asking if we had seen him, he had come into work on the night shift and she hadn't seen him for 24 hours. All I could do was put her in touch with Management, so I do not know the outcome, but how scary can that be? :unsure:

He and his family are in my prayers. I can't imagine what the family must be going through.

Is there still no word on this man? I am still praying for his safe return...

No, unfortunately. The last update was a week ago and he was still missing. Police feel he might harm himself--which is never good. They did not expand upon why they think that, but the more time that passes the worse I feel about this.

I hope and pray they find him or he is able to return home on his own.

Sorry buddy I haven't chimed in on this before. It seems the longer someone is reported missing the final end results are never favorable. I hope he left on his own and wasn't forced, with this economy there are too many people checking out in one way or another. My prayers are coming long as well for him and his family.

I just said a prayer for his safe return, Cheryl. I also prayed that his family and his friends will be comforted during the ordeal.

I found his listing on Help Find the Missing site while hoping for an update of good news. It's so sad to see so many faces and know they're missing.

Please pray for Marc's family. His body was pulled from the Connecticut River two weeks ago. At the time of the news article they had not yet determined the cause of death, but they don't suspect foul play.

This is so upsetting. I won't be able to tell my children. Since the family moved out of town we haven't seen them, but the girls still talk about the kids. They were just talking about them this evening, which is what prompted me to look to see if there were any new developments in ths case. I feel so awful over this.

Yes, this is awful. I am glad though that the family can now plan a funeral or something of some kind of closure.


If I may...There is a girl(not sure how old) Kelly that has been missing from Austin, TX for two weeks now. I attend church with her uncle and aunt. They are asking for prayers from all in her behalf.
I'll keep you updated as I know more.
