Prayers for FIL's Cousin

Hello all, I am asking for prayers for one of my father-in-law's cousins who was recently diagnosed with lung cancer. Her name is Jean. Her husband Harry just got out of the hospital after getting the flu and this was very unexpected. She has been feeling sick for a while and when she went to the doctor they discovered it.

Thanks ladies. I don't know what stage it's at Alice. My FIL had called the house to check on Harry and that's when he received the news about Jean. He didn't feel comfortable asking too many questions. It's amazing that with both of them sick they still found the time to send out Christmas cards. They are such good people.

That is amazing to be thinking of others while they are so sick.

Keep us posted, and I am continuing to pray for them.

Latest news is that the cancer is very advanced and Jean has been given only 6 months to live. She's started chemo, but they're not sure how much it will help.

I want to thank all of you for your prayers. Jean went home to meet her Creator this morning and is no longer suffering. I ask that you continue to pray for her husband Harry and their family during this difficult time.

Cheryl I lost my uncle to lung cancer after a two year battle. I feel Jean has been spared alot by passing this quick. I will keep her family in my prayers. Thanks for letting us know about her.
