feel tired when i wake up

i'm up for three hours and i'm ready for a nap.. what can i do

I had similar issues but with me I couldn't stay awake much past 7 p.m. Now I don't know your age Gary, but me being in my late 40's I found taking a multivitamin helped me immensely. Good Luck..

Mr. Gary, I found that when I quit drinking and smoking, waking up in the morning became less of a trouble. (I'm not impling that you drink or smoke btw)
Have you made any changes in your sleep schedule? My sister takes meletonin to help her sleep.
