A prairie dream....

The night before last, I dreamed that I went over to Laura and Almanzo's house to visit and have coffee. (Must have coffee with friends! ) What was kind of funny was, I wasn't in period clothes in the dream. I was in my regular clothes, and nobody in the dream seemed to think that I looked out-of-place. Anyway....After a while, Laura and Almanzo realized that they had to leave, and they asked if I would mind watching Jenny and baby Rose for them, because Jenny had been acting a little odd lately, and they wanted someone there to keep an eye on both girls. I agreed, and they left. Next thing I knew, Mrs. Oleson stopped by and said that Laura and Zaldamo had said that they'd watch Nancy for the afternoon. So she dropped Nancy off, and left without even asking if I minded. (That's Harriet for you!) What was really funny, though, was Jenny in my dream. Her manners would have offended a pig! I was totally horrified by her manners. She was chewing with her mouth open, making a lot of noise as she ate - and then she'd grin a big, toothy grin and let food slop down her face. Nancy was mortified, saying, "I can't believe Mother left me here under such circumstances! It's true!: She hates me! She hates me!" I went into the kitchen to put some dishes in the sink, and I said, "Oh. My. Word. I guess it's a good thing Amy couldn't come with me for coffee, after all. Now I know what she meant about Jenny!" I spent the entire afternoon with Jenny and Nancy, and I don't think I could say that one was worse than the other. They were both awful! Rose was an angel and napped almost the whole time. . . But it's a good thing for Nancy & Jenny that I'm relatively patient even in my dreams, or they'd have been doooooooooooomed.

Such vivid dreams Savannah..........

Well......Not sure about Jenny's eating habits, but I recall a lot of episodes with Laura having a big toothy grin and food showing in her mouth....

Gee, a day with Nancy & Jenny...together. What could be better?! For me, that wouldn't be a 'dream', that would be a nightmare!

I've dreamed of eating tacos the last two nights. Maybe our dreams are crossing on the way to our heads.

Maybe you mixed up Shannen Doherty real life with her character in the show. It happens!

I don't know, Vanesa - but she was pretty mannerless in my dream. And she was doing it on purpose!!

I wish I could have LH dreams. Last night I dreamed that my mom shot two guys with flame throwers who were torching the house behind them. Apparently she's a pretty good shot for someone with macular degeneration.

Note to self: Don't cross Lori's or Savannah's mothers.
