The Voice

Darn it, I wish I would have seen it, so that I could comment Joe. Did Christina say something in particular in this episode, that made you feel especially this way about her? Or is that just your feeling in general? I am not a fan of hers either, and I totally agree with your 'vocal gymnast' comment. It's something that's always bugged me about Randy in American Idol---he loves that kind of singing.

I was actually really upset with her last week, when she let the one blond girl go through who was going against the dark curly-haired country girl? It was one of those blatantly obvious picks, where you go, "what was she thinking?" The country girl actually 'sang' and the blond girl was yelling/screaming/speaking half her notes. Christina commented on her outfit?!?! I mean, being "The Voice", it should be about "The Voice"!!! Ugh. Also, Reba made a big deal about the country girl having written a song for her, and was excited that it was their first meeting. I had to wonder if that played on Christina's decision at all, that she wanted to have the 'upper hand'; that no one else was going to influence her.

The peroxide blonde female judge on the show needs to go away. She is plastic, fake and full of hate, you can see it in her comments and the way she carries on with the other judges. She is a product of what is wrong with America. I do admire her ability to con our young into thinking that vocal scales and runs are music. She is a vocal gymnast, nothing more.

I totally agree about Beverly. I picked her on day one. She has such a natural and powerful voice. She really is a good entertainer.

Christina Aguilera is known to be a let's just say, witch. She has lived about 45 minutes away from me. I knew girls that went to high school with her and they said she was a witch. A guy I know catered an event for her and she was drunk, high, and extremely demanding. I am not surprised her marriage didn't last. One good thing about her thought is she has a shelter here for battered women. Her and her mom were beaten by her dad. So I think she is tough because of that. And what was up with her butt cheek baring shorts, lol? She should be ashamed and does not have the legs for it, lol.

I think it's going to come down to Javier and Beverly in the end. I thought Javier's rendition of "Angel" by Sarah McClachlan was incredible tonight. I'm voting for him all the way.

I agree, his rendition was beautiful......I just love that song anyway....especially sung by Sarah and Josh Groban.......

Truth be known.....I knew I spelled it wrong as soon as I hit send, but my computer was taking 20-30 minutes to type things and I got tired of it....so I left it.......Couldn't get anything posted on FB either, so I shut down and went to bed....

I think it will be between Bev and Javier as well. I can't believe Blake saved Senia. She sucks.

I was a little disappointed that Javier won because I really wanted Dia or Bev. But he does have such an angelic and beautiful voice. I am still happy for him, his family, and Adam.

I'm really glad Javier won...he had record deals fall flat throughout his life, so this was his big break....

I'm thrilled for Javier! I really love his voice, not to mention his personality....he's a good guy. Nice that he and Adam seem to have such a good relationship too.
