Water....

So...I have decided to drink alot more water than I have been. I am not a soda junkie either, I just drink other things such as grapefruit juice, grape juice, tea, green tea, soda here and there....but not as much water.

So since I have been doing workouts, water is the perfect thing and I actually crave it.
Although I visit the bathroom a lot more often.......

Oh, quick note--I have lost 10-12 pounds the RIGHT way and 4-6 inches!
No starving myself! Whoo!

That's great. I like water a lot. But I also like natural fruit juice, and tea, and wine, and milk, and smoothies, sometimes soda - not too often - , beer, soya milk, a national drink we call mate...I don't know. I drink everything it's drinkeable in a healthy balance.

I think that a good diet is one who has a lot of thinks in it and that no items goes over the others too much.

Haha! I know....I run to the bathroom about 100 times a day. lol!
Actually the reason why people go to the bathroom when they start drinking water is because we don't drink enough so our body stores up some water. Kind of like when a person starves, their body stores up fat to live off of. So when we drink water, our body says, "Ok, now since you are giving me enough water everyday, I can get rid of this "emergancy water" I have stored up."

I also love vegetable juice...V8 is the best!

I like V8, but at my age and with my health, I can't drink it often. All the vitamins are good for you, all the salt isn't, at least at my age. Someone young like you can handle pretty much anything.

Haha, I don't drink it thaaaaat often, but when I do I enjoy it very much. Peppermint tea is also yummy!

Well, I think every body is different from another. There's no body who could be compared to any other. My great-granny would ate anything she wanted to (even pounds of grease and butter, withut mentioning hot stuff, which she loved to punt above everything) and she died at 93. But I know people of 40 years old who cannot eat almost anything...

I think that everyone of us must have a personalized diet. We cannot take something only for TV or a paper said it's good. It could be good for a lot of people but not for every single person in the world.

Oh...and I DO LIKE peppermint tea!

I don't think many of us drink enough water. I am slightly addicted to coffee, which is apparently a diarrhetic - so can make you dehydrated. Lately, I've been trying diet cordials. Keep up the great work!
