Heading to Arkansas

We are leaving in the morning for a two day stay in Searcy, Ar. Nathan has to register, set class schedule and set up meal plan, mailbox for college this fall. We will visit with my Aunt JoAnn while there.
THEN, sometime Friday we will head to Northwestern Arkansas to see our parents.
Need prayers for safe travel and good visits. Be back on the 22nd.

What a nice Welcome Home party!! Thank you so much. Yes, got in last night. I am so glad to sleep in my own bed again! I was having some back problems sleeping in so many beds!

Nope, did not get time to work on a drawing. Two reasons really: 1. I plan to do a large one so it was easier to leave it home and not try to travel with it. 2. We were SO busy.

We spent two full days just getting Nathan registered for college classes and all that goes along with that. Then off to my Mom's, then Clay's family. Luckly they live within 10 miles of one another. We have eaten so much I have decided a diet and more exercise is in my new agenda starting Monday!
I of course took tons of pictures so I will have them up before long.

Its nice to be back amoung you all, I missed you guys!!


This is the photo of the drawing I want to do. This is Emilie, Nathan's Prom date. Emilie's family is hosting a mini vacation in Colorado for some of her closest friends in July. Nathan being one of them. They have moved there since graduation and I thought as a thank you I would do a drawing of Emilie. Hope I can get the detail in her dress right. It will be a challenge!
