Amazing group of girls!

This is without a doubt some of the most amazing athletes I have ever seen in my life. Such coordination, timing, and endurance. It has to take hours and days of hard work to get to this level of excellence.

Watch these jump-ropers, they are fantastic!!

This dance team is 4th thru 8th graders from a school in Ohio and they are unbelievable. Well worth the watch. This performance is at the United States Naval Academy .

Wow, Misti!! That was amazing! That was what you call perfection! I can't believe all they could do with those jump ropes. The girls have to be exhausted when it's over. It was nearly 8 minutes long! Just when I thought it was over, they'd keep going. LOL!!

Our hometown had a pretty good skipping team years ago. Even the boys got into it. In Canada we have Jump Rope For The Heart campaign and the kids raise money at school for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. This team was awesome. I could never do anything like that either. Good job girls.

Wow. I cant do the jump like that now. When I was little girl I can only do the simple jump by myself or single jump rope with two people holding the rope. I had hard time doing double jump rope. I saw one video, where they at a basketball game. At the end. they did human jump rope with the little girl. amazing.
