| After seeing the LHOP cast reunion feature on the Today Show a few weeks ago, I wrote letters to both Katherin MacGregor and Richard Bull. I had never written to a cast member before so I was a bit nervous. I wrote that I was so happy to see them all and how wonderful it must have been for them to see each other again. I have been wanting to write to the cast for some time after several members here and at PT had so much success. But I didn't do it in time to get a signature from Dabbs. His death was the motivation I needed to get moving and write to Katherine and Richard.
I sent SASE to both and today I recieved my envelope back from Katherine. She drew me a cartoon of herself and at the top mentioned that it was great to see the cast members again after so many years. She included a sticky note that said that she was out of pictures. She didn't have one to sign.
My question now is, do you think it would be rude for me to send her a picture to sign? I can easily get one made and would be willing to send it but I don't want to look pushy. What do you all think? | |

| I don't think it would be rude or pushy, Marilyn. It sounds like she'd have been willing to sign one for you if she had one.
That's great that she sent you a letter back, with a little cartoon drawn on it! | |

| I think it is wonderful you wrote her! I would love to write them too! Oh, and I think you should get a pic for her to autograph! I think she would be delighted to know you wanted her autograph!

| I sent her one to sign, and a SASE, and she signed it. And that was after she sent me a cartoon. I thanked her for that, and asked her to please sign my picture, and she did. (Included an SASE)
I did the same with Dabbs Greer. I am so glad I got his autograph when I did. He passed 9 months after. |
