Pay no attention to the title on the video. It wasn't a tornado; just a dust devil, a tornado's little brother. This was at the Rose Bowl Fanfest in Pasadena, CA, yesterday. For some reason, the person in the cow suit made me LOL.

Poor guy in the cow suit couldn't see out of the head, he just knew to hang onto it so it didn't fly off!!! The person who was his assistant kept trying to get him to follow him while he was trying his best to hang onto that head!!!
