Absolutely! Little House on the Prairie is for all ages... I am 21 and love it!

And no, it is not more for girls or woman, I know of a lot of males that really enjoy the show, and that includes me!

By the way, welcome to the forums! I am fairly new here too.

Welcome

There are some on youtube, but not all of them. I will warn you that the ones on youtube are not very good quality at all.. they are stretched and cut off on the bottom of the screen. I ended up getting them all on DVD because they are so much better.

So i watched 5 episodes on Youtube

And i enjoyed them. Based on the 5 episodes i would not call it a great show but as a good show.

I'll Be Waving as You Drive Away Part 1 and 2
The Return of Nellie
The Godsister
Blind Man's Bluff

Well yes only good at least i did not think it was crap. But i think i will buy it on DVD as i prefer to watch tv shows and movies on a tv and not on the computer.

You have to start at the beginning.  See if you can find the Pilot Movie.  I see there are some on Youtube, and they are broken down in parts.  Start there and see what you think.  Starting in the middle of the last seasons isn't the way to go.....the early seasons are the best.   Thumbsup

Yes i agree that it is better to start at the beginning of a new show and not in the middle or the end of a show.

But i think i am just going to buy the show on DVD. And watch it on tv instead of the computer.

Very true Rhonda! Seasons 1, 2 and 3 are by far the best. I think there are only a few parts of the Pilot on youtube.

You will like them on DVD much better. The quality is way better and you get all of the episodes too.

Watch "The Richest Man in Walnut Grove" (first episode on season 2) and see if your opinion changes from being only good, to great.

To be honest, I still like & enjoy the show. I do agree the early seasons when the girls are young are the BEST. The last Season. (9) Wasn't the greatest. The three movies were okay. Some episodes i don't really like. But yes watch from the start. I watched them on Youtube a long time ago. Some parts in most videos are missing. I have it o n DVD so yeah it was better watching. I'Ve been into the Waltons at the moment. Smile

Hey, I'm 48 and have started watching again...I remember how much I adored it in the 70s, even more than typical TV for boys of the time. I saw some of it again in my 20s and miss the feelings I got - my childhood was very different than the show but somehow I could identify.

No i still see it as a good show.

Sure their have been episodes that was great and very good episodes. but over all as far as i think i think that Little House is a good show.

I mean you can`t expect everybody to think a show is great.

That is fine, I never was trying to say that I expect everyone to think little house is great.... I was simply pointing you to one of my favorite episodes to see if you liked that one better. To me it will always be the best show ever... but that is my opinion of course. Smile
