I used to have that happen too... until my schedule started becoming consistent each week. I never liked thinking I had a day off and then finding out otherwise. It's much easier working the same days and times each week.

When I first watched it I thought why does this guy have a power saw plugged in while in a drawer at an office? It's obviously staged.

That happened to me too. I thought I was doing a game in the afternoon but I had mixed up the weeks. I realized about midnight that I needed to get up at 6 the next morning because I was on call. If I had not been available and the assignor called, then I could have been fired. That league was stressful to work for.
