It is! There is a very nice park only a few miles from my branch, so I go there at lunch time. After I am finished I hike for a bit before I go back to work. It's a great way to break up the day! It was 60 degrees and sunny around 1 pm.

There's a lot to learn! I don't know how the float tellers do it! Each branch operates in a slightly different way, and the floats have to learn the ins and outs of each branch they work at. That would be SO daunting!

Well, the float tellers do have a significantly higher starting wage - but I'd MUCH rather have a single branch to work at. I was offered a float position before I got my current position and I turned it down because I'd much rather have just ONE branch to work at. I'd really dislike bouncing from one branch to another. Plus the hours aren't nearly as steady.
