We also do shish kabobs with different marinating sauce. We cut up beef, pork or lamb in squares with peppers, onions and cherry tomatoes. We would use Jack Daniels BBQ sauce one day or Teriyaki sauce another day.
Corn on the cob is also delicious on the grill...taste good with parmesan cheese sprinkle on it.
