The weather

Very un-summer weather here today. 17 and some rain.

I may as well live on the North Pole. Can't wait until Saturday. Temps back up into the 20's! It's the wind that's a killer.

We've had 7 or 8 inches of snow so far since last night. Hasn't discouraged the gray squirrels, though.

We finally have a GOOD amount of snow!! We have five inches so far!! *happy sigh*

Very windy and 21 degrees. It was snowing this morning but not any accumulation, pretty though while it lasted.

We're about to get dumped on! We're under a winter storm warning for the next couple of days. Guess we're going to finally make up for lost time.

I'm going to take the kids to the library and Meijer this morning before it hits! Then we'll probably be playing out in the snow after naptime later!

I cannot even imagine snow right now! Its in the 70's here...overcast skies. We are too warm for even Texas this time of year. This can only mean one thing.....90's by April!

You all stay warm and careful on roads. One of these days I want to exprience a Michigan snow. You will laugh so hard at me for my thin blood. I wont be able to handle it at all!

No snow yet to play in. It will probably hit right in the middle of my son's band concert tonight.

we got snow!

We got snow. Only 2-3 inches. Maybe more. I heard New York, Massachusetts, more of the east area is going get 1-2 feet of snow.

When I couldn't open my back or front door because of drifts, I thought of the Xmas on LHOP, but I didn't have presents. : ) Well, I did, God granted me electricity...I am grateful for a warm home.

Our house guest is from CT and his wife said they had like 20 or 30 some inches!

I don't know how I can go to work on Monday...I doubt the street, which is like 3 feet of snow will be plowed anytime soon.

Yes, and since I dont' have one, I am at the mercy of the city. I also don't have 4-wheel drive, couldn't afford it at the time, but most of the year, it really isn't needed. Last year in Ct, we were pretty lucky, very light snow.

The deepest snow with the blizzard of 2013 was 40" inches at Trumbull, CT! Drifts of 7' feet!
