| What a bad experience, poor little girl... I hate sexual offenders, but much more sexual CHILDREN offenders. I can't understand what these ones has inside they sick heads... . I hope the man will havea good punishment for what he had done! Vanesa. | |

| I know of someone who was stopped by a man in a police car... turns out he was not a policeman.... it's hard to trust people I heard on the news today that this boy in kindergarden was charged w/ sexual harassment because he pinched a girl's back... and that record will stay with him until sixth grade or something... When I was in first grade a boy who sat next to me tried to touch me innapropriately, he actually did twice, I told my mom about it who went to the school and the teacher talked about the incident in front of the whole class, it was embarassing. Anyway, I would say that was sexual harassment but to pinch someone? I thought that wasn't but I guess it depends on the situation... I mean, in Junior high the boys would snap the bras of the girls but I don't remember someone getting serious over that and saying it was sexual harassment, even less, pinching someone.... What do you guys think? | |

- Sad thing about this is, the girl will always think twice before approaching a police officer for anything.....he gave that a bad name too! Kids are always taught to trust the police and now she will wonder if she ever can..........
I agree with you, Rhonda. That child is shattered for life and that this man gets what he deserves. |

| Wow, Carol, I'm sorry that happened to you. That's great that you told your mom...most kids don't tell. This 9 year old really impresses me. That is quite the sound frame of mind to kick the perpetrator in the groin! She's either watched tv, or her mother certainly has taught her well! I hope this guy gets what he deserves. God Bless you! |

| That is just sick. And then to impersonate someone that you feel would be there to protect you, even worse. I hope they give him a harsh sentence. And I hope that the girl will be okay. :( | |

What do you guys think? For a pinch on the back, I certainly think that the boy should have been punished, but not charged with sexual harrassment. That is going too far. That was so wrong of your teacher to talk about what happened to you in front of the whole class. I can't believe that he/she did that. I'm sorry that happened to you. :alright: | |
