Doctors may try.......

My Mom and Dad had a check up last week, and had some tests run. The doctors were using "polite" phrases in the test results that came in the mail, and my Dad is more used to "telling it like it is". So, he came across one test result that read "BMI". Knowing that my Mom has a very high IQ, and has a good amount of knowledge for these kind of things, he turned to my Mom, and said

"What's this 'BMI' thing?"

Mom didn't even look up from her book or bat an eye, and answered

"It's how fat we are."
