Don't use the glasses!!!!

The good thing is I have not used a glass in the hotel before. One time I was staying at a hotel in Hollywood, I was brushing my teeth and was about to use a glass when I noticed it was dirty... from then on... if I stayed at a hotel, I always carried my own plastic cup.

That's a good idea too bring your own!

UGH That is so wrong. Thankfully we don't travel often and I only use disposable cups when we do travel or we bring our own from home.

That is so sick. I can't believe that they put peoples health at risk like that.

I try not to think about what is left behind on the hotel bed when I go to sleep at night. Just thinking about it gives me the heebee jeebee's. *shudder*

I remember watching something that showed how unclean a hotel room really was. The beds, the bathroom.....

But then part of the blame has to fall with the hotel since many of them give their housekeepers a large number of rooms to be clean, and only a short amount of time to clean each room.

I have a nightmare story in regards to bed.... it didn't happen to me but to some guy. He stayed at a hotel and when we was about to go to sleep in the bed, he pulled down the sheets and there was human feces on the matress. As you can guess that person screamed bloody murder and the call to the clerk must have been full of colorful words. :faint2:

His guess is that someone must have had an accident in that bed and felt embarassed about it so he covered the bed again and went to sleep in the other bed. When the maid went to the room to clean, she didn't even bother w/ the bed that was dirty because it was already made and instead just focused on the other unmade bed....

I bet the words would've been even more colorful if he'd climbed into bed without seeing it.

I'm almost speechless.........................I've seen reports like this before, but this video was even worse, especially the blue cleaning liquid that was used to "clean" the glasses. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah I didn't know some hotels had actual glasses. I have always seen the throw away cups. I wouldn't be surprised if those pigs don't take them out of the trash instead of giving new ones.

And who thinks the cleaning lady dipped the one glass in the toilet? They didn't actually show her. You could just hear it flush. And that is sooo gross that she smelled one of the towels. To bad there wasn't something yucky on it to serve her right, lol.

I don't think anybody thought that it was just that she flushed the toilet with tha same gloves on as she had when washing the cups.
Think of all the germs on the flusher!

I'm sure they don't wash their hands after changing linens and cleaning toilets (if they even do that) and then wipe the glasses.

Watch your coffee cups on your desk at work, too. I've seen them wipe them out with the rags they dust with. The owner of the cups probably didn't suspect a thing.

When you think of how much it costs to stay at one of these hotels it makes you wonder what they're actually doing with all the money! I feel positively ill after seeing this but thanks for bringing it to my attention. It's gonna make me think twice about where I stay in future.
