Need Help with a Title

Back in Mexico My Teacher had this one Book Very Good Book but i have Forgotten What it was Call or Who the Author was here is what i remember about it.

It Was About a Father and his two Daughters His Wife had Died already and now he had a Drinking Proplem and i think he stay in a Cemetery one night
It was Really Really Good So Please if you have any Idea which one it might be then Please Tell me or which author it might be
