I Convince my Parents to stop at Walnut Grove :woohooo: If every thing goes as planned then we'll stop at the musuem not sure when though if on the way back or on the way too mexico Oh and my mom Help me a lot that i could convice my Dad and my Sisters my Mom and me have been wanting to go there ever since we started to watch the Show and found out there was a Walnut grove musuem i'll try my best to post pictuers once we're back :woohooo: if my mom had't wanted to go to then i would of had no luck

Go on Jacob! You are a superman! I'm glad you are able to stop at Walnut Grove and see by your own eyes, one of Laura's homesites. I was a little girl the first time I heard the words "Walnut Grove"...and it seems a dreem for me that this site really exist and a person I know could visit it.

Thank you Does anyone have an idea how long it takes to Look at every thing there? I Want to Go to The Ingalls Dugout and Plum Creek and I read that there was a Nellie Cafe i wanna go there and there are gift stores i want to buy something there just to remember that i was there

Yes we are gonna drive with mini Van it takes 3 Days we arive on day three but We Plan to Stay in Walnut Grove for a Day there's even a Nellie's Cafe I want to Eat there yet. in what state in the Grad Canyon or What Town? I WOULD LOVE to go there but not as much as Walnut grover

I'm not too far away and we had plans a few years ago to go and meet Rhonda there, but they fell thru. Maybe one of these days we can plan a trip there.

The Grand Canyon is in Arizona. Whether you could see it depends on what route you take.

Whenever we'd go on a trip, if there was ANYTHING educational or historic within a fifty mile or so radius from where we were.......Mom had us there. LOL! If you're even reasonably close to the Grand Canyon, I sure hope you all get to go see it!

They have a Skywalk now, where you walk out over it in a glass breezeway. I've heard it's pretty cool. Even the floor is glass.

The world's biggest ball of string is on the way too, I think.

That will be so much fun for you and your family to travel to Walnut Grove. My family and I live about 2 hours East of there. Unfortunately I haven't been there yet, but hope to go there someday. Every year in July, they have the Laura Ingalls Wilder Days, and there's alot to see and do. They even put on a pageant. My daughter would enjoy it. She's only 4 1/2, but knows almost all of the characters and already has some favorite episodes.
