Jacob, I tried the oatmeal chocolate chip cupcake recipe that you shared, and it ended up being another Opie adventure. So......I thought I'd tell you about it.
Opie had been watching every move that I made as I measured the ingredients out. I had put almost all of the ingredients together into a large mixing bowl, when I had to go out of the room to help my Dad with something for a moment. When I came back in, Opie was sitting right where I had left him. It looked like he hadn't moved an inch. And he had an incredibly innocent expression on his face. . . . . . . . . But it was obvious that he hadn't been as well behaved as he would want me to believe. I knew that Opie had been up to no good, because, not only did he have that incredibly innocent expression on his face. . . . . . . . he also had muffin batter on his face. :Hahaha:
That's a delicious recipe, Jacob! I like it even better than Opie does.

Oh dear. I think Opie has been talking to my cat. You cannot leave food or drink unattended around my cat. The other day Kelsey caught her drinking out of her glass of Cran-Apple juice, of all things.
Padre also loves coffee. I carry my cup of coffee with me wherever I go, because even when I'm sitting right next to my cup, Padre tries to sneak a drink out of my cup.
The other day Tim had ironed a shirt for Devin. He brought everything into the livingroom and he used a plastic liquid measuring cup to pour water into the iron. Tim left the measuring cup on the coffee table, and later he was sitting on the couch when Padre jumped on the coffee table and proceeded to stick her head into the measuring cup to get the water at the bottom of the cup. Well, she got her head stuck in the cup and was shaking her head wildly, trying to get it off, and she ended up falling off of the coffee table with the cup still on her head. It fell off right after that. My cat is getting sillier the older she gets!
I think maybe her and Opie are secretly exchanging emails when nobody is looking.

That must have been something to see, Pam! :haha:
