| I had one set of brakes go out with no warning signs at ALL. You may remember me mentioning that a long time ago - they went out while I was going down a steep hill, and I had all of my precious nephews and niece with me. You usually have warning signs, with hideous grinding sounds or whatever . . . . but not always. | |

- I'm sorry, Carol. :alright: But the prices of computers/laptops are going down more and more often it seems, maybe by the time you're ready to buy one again the price will be even less.
Yeah, that's what I thought of as well... In the meantime, I'm adding memory and more space to my laptop, getting it cleaned, added Microsoft Office Home & Student 2007... and bought a new skin for it so it will feel like I have a "new" one... :haha: :shifty:

| That's awesome Carol! Congrats! Fast is good! I switched to a laptop a couple months ago...it freed up a lot of space in our family room, that used to house the big computer armoire. It took some getting used to, but I officially love my laptop! It's a Toshiba...that's about all I know about it. I will say though, I'm not a big fan of Windows Vista. That's taking some 'getting used to' too. Have fun Carol! “Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.”

Yeah, I'm trying to get used to Vista too lol So far though, I haven't had any problems so far with it.... but I'm still a little confused as to where to find the documents and stuff... but I'm sure in time, I'll get used to it.
