I just purchased tickets for the LHOTP musical that is going to be here in Minneapolis this summer. Melissa Gilbert will be playing the role of "ma." I'm so excited to see Melissa in person!!

Thank you! I should mention that it's not until August 31st. LOL!! Tickets went on sale yesterday and they are selling out fast. The first performance is on August 15th, and goes until October.

I think I read that his doctor gave him the okay to go ahead with the project. I know that his doctor okayed him for some show that he was supposed to do, but I didn't get to read the whole yahoo article. I just presumed that this was what it was talking about.

Someone by the name of Steve Blanchard is supposed to be playing Pa. I believe it was an A & E series that Patrick Swayze was given the okay for.

Only 6 days until I see Melissa Gilbert in the Little House musical!! My mother-in-law and sister-in-law saw it yesterday and absolutely LOVED it!!!!

Thank you! I'm hoping that they allow cameras in the theater. I'll have to ask my mother-in-law if she saw people taking pictures. They have extended the show another two weeks here in Minneapolis because of the huge ticket sales. I bet they do end up taking it to Broadway.
