New Family Pic

Tim's brother got married over the weekend and this is a picture of the four of us taken at the wedding. It was at a beautiful outdoor setting, at Frederick Meijer Gardens in Grand Rapids, Mi.

Gee, I just realized just how tall Devin is looking at the pic!!!

Wow! 6'3!! How old is Zachary?

Devin is 6'2. He's gotten taller than everyone except for my brother, who is 6'5. But since Devin is 14, he has a pretty good chance of outgrowing his uncle too, lol. He's killing us in clothes and shoes though. I can't wait until he stops growing!!! I'm sure you can relate.

That's a beautiful picture Pam! And YES, it was a gorgeous day for a wedding on Saturday! I've never been to the Meijer gardens but have heard it's nice.

Guess there's a bunch of tall boys around the prairie---Brendan is 6'2! He's been the same height since his Sophomore year. Wow Pam, 14 is YOUNG to be 6'2!! Whoa! My younger son is 13 1/2 and is my height now (5'8) and is the tallest in his class! And ROFL Misti---YES, it is a trip disciplining your kid when he's taller than you! What's REALLY funny is watching Bill with Brendan---he's only 5'7, and now even his 13 year old stands above him!

They do grow boys tall these days. I have one who *IS* 7 feet tall with his shoes on!

WHOA! Holly, are you SERIOUS?! I have to ask: Does he play basketball? What size shoe does he wear? Brendan wears a 14...so far we haven't had too much trouble finding shoes in his size.

lol Pam, Zachary just turned 16. He 's in a 13 1/2 shoe. You have some tall boys too, Amy. They are just beginning... WOW, Holly! You have a 7 footer. :faint2: How tall is you husband, Holly?

Yes, I'm serious! No, he doesn't play basketball, although he did try. Everywhere he goes he gets asked that question. He told me he wans to print up a Tee that says:

"No, do you play miniature golf?" :haha:

I'm not sure of his shoe size anymore. Last I heard it was 16.

My husband is of average height, 5- 10 but there are tall men on both sides of our family (but none as tall as Caleb!)and our other boys are over six feet, also- well except our 10 year old.

I'm really tall. When I was a teen, I was 5- 11 and 3/4 but I've since shrunk. I never realize how tall I am until I see myself in a picture with other women. Then I think, "Giantess!"

I don't really feel tall... It's strange. I certainly felt tall in school though because they weren't growing girls my size back then! Now it's more common.

Good looking group Pam. What is it about those boys? They grow taller than her Dads in no time. Nathan is 15 and now 5'11----My hubby Clay is only 5'8. Nathan gets this from my Dad.
I have to make everyone sit down in pictures so I dont look like a shimp!

LOL---looks like most of us have tall boys and short hubbies too! Bill's brother is 6'3 though, and my grandpa was about that tall as well.
