| Has anyone been watching? It started a couple of weeks ago. I love this show! The transformations the contestants go through are amazing! I like all of the teams. Half are husband/wife teams, and the other half are parent/child teams. | |

| I'm watching it as I type this. They are ready to hit the scale. This show is amazing. I watch it to keep myself focused on losing more weight myself. I plan on heading back to South Beach tomorrow for phase 1. I've lost 40-45 over the past year and it has been creeping up on me so I have to get back on track. The show inspires me. | |
