| has anyone ever read this book? It's the only Jodi Picoult book I've read so far and probably the only one I'll ever read. I didn't really like it too much, either. Kate was always the center of attention, and poor Jesse was ignored. I know Kate's situation, but I would've felt horrible if I was Jesse. I also didn't really like how the book ended. I just felt bad for Anna! | |

| I haven't seen or read it. Its one of those that really pulls at your heart. I would have to have a happier ending if I read it. I've been through enough loss, so going to actually pay money to see this is just NOT what I could do.
Do any of you remember the movie : Stealing Home with Mark Harmon and Jodie Foster (1988) I made the mistake of going to watch this on the one anniversary of a boyfriends death. NOT a good idea. ALthough....it did talk about how one needs to move on after lose. SO maybe it was helpful somewhere along my healing. It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are. Not a lack of churches or religious forms but of the real thing in our hearts. LIW.....Words From a Fearless Heart | |
