IMO, they really good if you can find someone that really knows how to cook them. It takes just the right amount of seasoning. Oh, the most extreme important part...make sure the person know how to clean them properly. Wave

I agree. I like grits. The name isn't very appealing, though! LOL. I think the name puts people off before they get a chance to give the grits a try.
