Virus April 1st!

Supposedly there is going to be a virus that affects windows computers. Does anyone know anything about this? Does it affect everyone with a windows operating system? I looked at sites on how to get rid of it and prevent it, but they are to confusing. I am really worried about this! Why is it always windows that if affected? I never hear anything about apple computers.

Make sure u have all your window updates!..Like if u had some updates in march u shall be fine!!

If ewe use a MAC, ewe have nothing to worry about. If ewe use a regular PC and don't get your updates on a regular basis, ewe could have some big problems. This virus has been in a sleep mode four quite some time and the hacker decided April 1, April Fools Day was the day to actually launch it. It is a nasty and distructive virus, so make sure ewe have your computer updated! :unsure:

My supervisor went nuts at work over this virus, basically I had to check every computer to make sure the updates were installed...a blast LOL. But, it's a good thing to make sure all the updates are there. Rhonda, I think ewe got it covered!
