I heard about that. The article said she had cancer. I didn't even know she was sick. I loved her in Maude and Golden Girls. She'll truly be missed.

When I was a kid me and my parents would go to my grams house and watch Golden Girls every Saturday night. We would all get such a great laugh out of it. Her mother (Estelle Getty) on the show died last year right?

Yeah, Beckie, Estelle died last summer. And here's a weird fact. Although Estelle played Bea's mother, Bea was a year older than she was in real life.

Really? Now how does biology explain that?

I used to watch the show with my parents. That was a very well-written sitcom, one that made us all laugh out loud. Not a lot of sitcoms can do that, even today! Bea played my favorite character---I loved her sarcastic humor. Hard to imagine she was 86 years old! May she rest in peace.

Yeah I knew that. They made her look older as well. That's pretty funny. It was a really well written show. I like Rose, lol!
