Well, my B's disappointed me again, so I guess I have to root for the Wings. Sorry Pen fans, but ever since Ulf took out Cam Neely's knee and forced him into early retirement, the Pen's have been on my naughty list. I guess it's a good thing I'm not Santa. :xmastree:

Interesting that Detroit and Pittsburgh are meeting in two consecutive Finals.
Remember, they are the only two teams to lose a 3-0 series lead in the Stanley
Cup Playoffs (1942 and 1975).

Yes they are. Congratulations. Quite an exciting way to end the season,

Yep, I'm happy for all the Penns fans out there....they deserved it! Clearly they wanted it more. At least they played like it! Wink

It was a sad night for we Michiganders though----we really needed that win, to generate money for the state, and boost spirits during this all-time low. It's a bummer the Wings didn't play the whole game like the did in the last 5 minutes. :sad5:

In the other Detroit-Pittsburgh matchup last night, the Tigers beat the Pirates. Being more of a baseball fan than a hockey fan, I was happy with that trade-off. Thumbsup
