My godmother took me to the ballet one year when I was probably 10 or 11. If I hadn't quit, I'm fairly certain I could have gone pro. My mom was sick so I left and have always regretted it.

Oh, that's too bad. I can imagine that is a regret, considering how many years you were into it so heavily, even winning awards! But everything happens for a reason.
