new puppy!

Mike & I got a puppy a few weeks ago! We named him Pepper bear, and he's a Yorkie-Bichson Frise mix. He's tiny in size, but has a big personality. He's king of the house!

He's an adorable little fellow. I love small dogs, too.

Spring is finally here, the lovely pink blooms on the "spray" tree outside my window are gone leaving a beautiful willow.

Thanks! Cheryl, I'm sure your cat could eat him LOL - one of our friends has a chihuahua and even he seems like he could have Pepper for lunch! LOL. And Maureen, Pepper likes to chew on EVERYTHING but so far he hasn't done any 'real' damage - I think his teeth are too small yet (and are still coming in). He was rolling around in the leaves today outside, he loves new adventures!

Thanks Rhonda. It's nice to come home to a little furball who's so excited and happy just by the site of you. I never had pets of my own besides goldfish growing up, so Pepper's a new experience. He's so much fun! Poor guy had to get 2 shots at the vet yesterday But he seems to have gotten over it today.

Pepper says, "Look how big I am - I weigh almost 4 lbs now!"

LOL - back to the vet this week for some more shots. Poor guy. I'll have to spoil him afterwards to make up for it

Thought it would be a good time to update this thread - Pepper is going to be a year old tomorrow Our little pup is almost a grown up! LOL he has made the last year so wonderful, he is totally our little sidekick and our little guard dog! We'll probably treat him to ice cream (which he loves) for his big day :)
