| I watched him too long ago. I used to think " he stops to wait til I answer." He truely was the first one of his kind that interacted with children. I have his book :The World According to Mister Rogers{ Important Things to Remember}. Glad to see such a tribute...he was a wonderful man. His two boys sure were lucky to have such a great dad. It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are. Not a lack of churches or religious forms but of the real thing in our hearts. LIW.....Words From a Fearless Heart | |

| what a neat statue! I watched his show when I was younger. When I was in middle school, I had a history teacher named Mr. Rogers, though I don't think he was quite like the Mister Rogers that this statue was dedicated to. | |

| I of course watched this as a child, loved him. I am so proud that he was from my hometown. I almost met him once. I cried when he died. It really broke my heart. What really makes me sad is that they recently tore down his set and painted the brick pathway from the set. All this during the same week of the dedication I believe. :( LETS GO PENS! | |

| What a very nice tribute to a wonderful man. I watched Mr. Rogers as a child, and then again with my own children. | |
