No, but my sister and brother have.

Yes... and once I burned my shirt off while making scrambled eggs for my aunt.

HYE locked your keys in the car?

No - and I'm slightly paranoid about it. When I get out of the car, I have to look at the keys in my hand before I close the door.

HYE deleted an important email by mistake?

I'm the same way. I either have to look at the keys, or put my hand in my pocket and make a mental note: "The keys are in my pocket and I'm locking the door."

HYE woke up and got ready to begin your day, then looked at the clock and realized it was still the middle of the night?

Ah, I'm glad that I'm not the only one! I always mentally tell myself, "The keys are in my hand" as I'm looking at them. My Aunt Dawn always gets quite a giggle out of that. But it works for me.

Yep! I've woke up, gotten ALL prepared for the day, and then discovered that it was 1:30 A.M. (And what's worse is - I was all energized and ready to go! {Until I looked at the clock.})

(You know, I took my nieces and nephews to parades a few times, but they really didn't seem very interested. Except Mikey would often make interesting remarks regarding the general appearance of those around us: "HOLY COW! How come that man is wearing a woman's hair??" )
