This is a sculpture in Grand Rapids....It's been there since shortly before I was born, but I've never been able to understand what exactly makes it "art".

Oh, I've seen tons of web-footed, red-crested lake loons. I've just never seen a red-crested cardinal before, outside of Rome.

That Grand Rapids sculpture is the kind of art that really makes you think. Really makes you think that the sculptor ran out of ideas a long time ago, that is.
