Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks

I may not live close to Hollywood or to the Beach but when I see what I do have nearby... I ain't complaining!



And to think this is only a teaser to what lies beyond the park



I have to tell you that being surrounded by amazing trees such as the Giant Sequoias, specially in the snow or fog... it TRULY feels like you are in a dream world.



The picture may look nice, but to actually BE there, smell the air, hear the birds or the wind, to hear the powerful waterfall, to feel your surroundings ... it's amazing...

When I go back down from the mountain and back into town... I feel like I am going through a time portal lol But from my house I can see the mountains in the distance and makes me remember...
