DWTS Season 11 Cast revealed

ABC has now announced the twelve celebrities that will compete on the 11th season of "Dancing With the Stars, which is hosted by Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke.

The stars include singer Michael Bolton, singer/actress Brandy, comedian Margaret Cho, NBA player Rick Fox, actress Jennifer Grey (Dirty Dancing), actor/singer David Hasselhoff, actress Florence Henderson ("The Brady Bunch"), actor Kyle Massey ("Cory in the House"), Sarah Palin's daughter Bristol Palin, actress Audrina Patridge ("The Hills"), reality TV star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino ("The Jersey Shore), and NFL player Kurt Warner.


I am soo happy to see that Jennifer Grey is on the list!

I'll be darned... I've actually heard of most of those people!

I would tune in just to see Jennifer Grey---I know she has a 'leg up' on the competition, but I think it would be really interesting to see if her Dirty Dancing days would come back to her at all.

 

I love Jennifer Grey as well. I can't believe she is 50! She doesn't look a day over 40.

It's sad that Swayze is dead for almost a full year now, he died mid September last year and was a phenomenal dancer :-(

I think she still looks great! Still very recognizable even after plastic surgery. I am hoping they will do a tribute to Patrick sometime during the season. :)

DWTS did a tribute to him shortly after he passed away........I remember all the "pro-dancers" doing their take on Dirty Dancing and the wonderful standing ovation Patrick received for his role in the movie......

I remember seeing that. I just thought it would be fitting to do so again since Jennifer will be on the show. :)

 

Red Dawn is a cool movie

Hmm... looks like I'll be tuning in to this Season!

Jennifer Grey has my vote.....I also would like to see Florence Henderson. I loved " Ma Brady" too. lol

This is a great movie. I had forgotten Jennifer was in it. I recogonize most of these names too, which rarely happens.

I am such a nerd, but I do believe I've seen Red Dawn at least 5 or 6 times now.

I normally don't watch it but I might tune in to see if she retained anything from her "Dirty Dancing" days although it was a long time ago! I just wish she wouldn't have had plastic surgery. She looks so different!

Yep, Blu, Melissa did get plastic surgery on her nose. Not sure what else, thought I think she might have had some augmentation done.

Not to excited about this season. Just Florence Henderson. And maybe that dude from Jersey Shore. Don't watch the show but he seems pretty funny. And he's got a killer bod, lol!

 

The picture posted of Melissa taken in July was taken while she was in hospital recovering from back surgery. She spent a year on the road doing The Little House Musical with a broken back.
