I read about this before too, and I can tell you that I had some less than kinda things to say about the heartless jerk that attacked her. It disgusts me to no end.

Rose Morat is my friend's great-aunt, we were all shocked and angered after learning her attack, the thug after attacked Rose, went out and mugged another 85-year-old. I can tell you one thing, Rose is feisty and strong, she said the thug is lucky he didn't get her when she was younger or she would've killed him. I have friends in the NYPD and they have all the cops out looking for him, I hope they find him soon.

I've seen this on the news numerous times. The video where she gets attacked is very hard to watch. I hope she makes a quick recovery and lock that guy up for a long time.

It's not just in US this happens. It happens here in UK too. i can't understand the mentality of the people who carry out these attacks. It's really brave of them to pick on the poor defenceless older generation. Not. Makes you wonder how these animals were brought up and how would they feel it happened to their mother, father, grandparents, etc. mad

I can't imagine how anyone could treat an elderly person in such a way. How do they live with themselves? It's shameful. Absolutely shameful.

Well, it seems that these days, no one if off limits; be it old people, babies or animals.

People are getting more and more bold. It was probably either a gang member (who, it seems, less and less bothers them these days) or someone on drugs.
