Savannah's drawings gave me some inspiration, so-

Drawn on the left half of a postcard. The original looks a lot better. I think it lost some quality through the scan. mad

Very nice! (And I agree about scanners. If you have a digital camera with a macro feature, you might try that - it works better for me when I'm trying to get a picture of a drawing.)
