PostSubject: Julia Here!   Julia Here! EmptySat Dec 25, 2010 9:31 am

Hi Everyone!
I am back....for likeeee...the 100th time? Haha! I am going to fill you all in on what has been going on. I hope it will make sense---I have stayed up ALL evening and hope it shall make some sense! (It's Christmas ya' know!)

Well----
We sold my Grandmother's house this month. Hard believe that someone else owns that house. This time of year I am used to going there...But it is also a relief in a way, but I would still rather have the house AND my Grandmother....things are changing...*sigh*
We had an early Christmas this time at my Aunt's house on the 21st. It was pleasent...mostly. lol!
Yesterday (Christmas Eve) I spent the day with a friend and then my parent's came over later for dinner. It was very nice. This Sunday we get together with my Dad's side of the family----- Yikes

My Daddy had to quit his job. It was AWFUL. They were a crooked, dirty, and mean company. They would never get his paycheck correct either. So...now he is looking again.

I am also having to leave my church, which is an EXTREMELY painful thing. banghead Blue cryB My youth group is awesome and amazing, but the adults aren't. The church is teaching error if you know what I mean. Stuff that doesn't line up with the Word of God.
This has been esp. hard for me because of Arjay.

Speaking of him, we had a sort of spat. My friend's friend SENT him a text saying that I liked him. Anyway, we got in to this big arguement and he said he didn't like me, we have NOTHING in common, he NEVER showed ANY signs of interest and went the "extra mile" to not show any because he knew I liked him.......Lie....lie.....lie.....But the weirdest thing has happened! I have confided in only him about me leaving the church and he is a total different person. He is acting like he likes me more than EVER. Now he talks to me, hangs around with me, includes me, is interested in what I am interested in, wants to know about my folks....I mean....it feels the barrier I felt with him is GONE! He like acts so interested. I had a SUPER EARLY b-day party and he was there and said outloud for me to overhear, "I think I am going to get me a buzz cut!" He knows I hate buzz cuts. As soon as he said that he looked at me. "Arjay! Don't you dare! I love your hair! It looks so--so--so Beach Boy-ish!" "Awww well, if you like it, then I will keep it that way Julia!" grinsmiley (He smiled like the emoticon!) Then, when it came time for the ice cream I was like, "You go ahead and pick your flavor Arjay." "No, you go first." "No, you!" "No! YOU!" "Alright! Strawberry please.(me)" As soon as I said strawberry...."Strawberry!" "Arjay! I thought you hated strawberry!" "I do." "Then why did you get it?" "*shrugged his shoulders* I don't know---just felt like it." Ooops This is just like a crumb of how he as been acting. He seemed even more pleased when he found out I was turning 16. So....I don't know what to think now. He like HAS to bring me up and talk about me in class all the time and sit with/next to me and talk to me, etc. I really don't want to leave the church now....It is so weird. His middle name is "Earl" just like my Grandfather's middle name. He has blue eyes just like my Grandfather. Is the same height as my Grandfather. I have the same name, eye color, & hair color as my Grandmother....kinda funny in a way.

So. I will probably have more time to be on here now that we are all done with my Grandmother's house. Then again I do not know because I have school...so. Hopefully I will be on.
I have a new cellphone! Got it in October---the one Arjay "accidently" called.

I need to go and get some sleep. I never dreamed I would be staying up all evening....we kinda got carried away with watching movies...."Gidget", then "Operation Petticoat", and then "Miracle On 34th Street". Haha!
This Christmas has been different. We didn't even put up a tree which was a huge disappointment to me. It doesn't even feel like Christmas. I hate to think the music on the radios will be gone tomorrow. It just has flown by to fast.... No

Hope to talk to you all soon!
Julia stockingsmiley

It's really good to see you back, Julia. I've missed you. (Even though I do see you occasionally on Facebook. Julia Here! 702150 ) And I'm sorry to hear that you're getting such confusing, mixed signals from Arjay. Try to take comfort in the fact that he's probably just as confused as you are right now. Julia Here! 410460

I'll be praying about your Dad's job situation, and about your church. My own church is very precious to me, so I can completely empathize about how painful and difficult it would be to have to leave.

AND........I know it isn't quite the same as having one in your home . . . but here's a Christmas tree just for you, sweetie:

Aw, Julia, I'm sorry to hear about your tough time as of late, especially at this time of year. I hope you can find a new church---that's too bad. And, I agree with Rob, I do think it sounds like Arjay cares. Smile I'll be praying that your dad can find something.

I'm glad to see you back, Julia. It sounds like you have been going through so much.

Your Grandmother's house may belong to someone else now, but the memories you hold, those will always be yours. The memories are something you can always treasure.

I'm sorry to hear about your Dad's job, but it does sound like he made the right decision in leaving. What a stressful situation. I hope something great comes up very soon for him. I'll be praying!!

I am also sorry to hear you are having to leave your church. I know it must be difficult to leave behind something you love so much. I hope you are able to keep in touch with the many friends you must have made there over the years.

It sure does sound like things have been confusing with Arjay! Boys. Who can ever figure them out??? Yikes I am happy to hear you have been spending more time with him and that you have been having a good time doing so.

I'm glad to see you here, Julia. I hope you pop in as often as you can.

I sure hope the coming year will be so much better than the year that I just went thru. I was really excited about this year but it was such a hard one and a big letdown. I find myself getting excited about this year, then I hesitate. I am having the same fears that I had when a new year started. I have really struggled this year with feelings of suicide & anorexia. I talk to my Mom about this and she always helps me.
I am just always feeling fat and I feel miserable in life. No matter how much people tell me I look good I don't see it!
I felt like things were looking up for once---then I find out I am leaving my church. Then my Dad has to quit his awful job. And Arjay isn't making it easy for me to leave---at all. I keep feeling jealous when I think of all those girls at his school and now that I will not be coming to church soon I keep thinking I might be "out of sight, out of mind". I have never felt this way about anyone else. Oh sure I have really liked some guys and it was really sad when nothing happened, but it didn't bother me too much. But Arjay...the mere thought of not ending up with him and him going with some other girl makes me almost cry and really bothers me.
This Summer was a hard one. I think some of you might remember Mom and I went away twice to a hotel to "relax"? Well, Mom and I both were having bad physical issues. For 3 months I didn't eat right because I was nauseous all the time. So, my not eating caused me to lose my appetite, which made me never feel hungry which scared me. Weird aches and pains, became constipated (I know, gross.) Mom and I were having alot of the same symptoms. But she was fine when it came to eating. She was dealing with major tooth aches, back pains, heart pains....it was terrible. Only thing I kinda enjoyed about those trips was the old movies and shows! Hahahaha!
So in a way, I am definetly gonna shove 2010 out the door!

And please pray that everything turns out alright between Arjay and I.

I love you all!
Julia

{{{Julia}}} I'm really sorry that this was such a tough year for you. But you're stronger than you know, sweetie. You've made it through a lot this year, and the point is - you made it. Julia Here! 46567 ......I know that your faith has helped you a lot, so keep right on leaning heavily on your faith in God. He's always with you, and cares about what's going on in your life. Being 15 is so hard....I remember that well, but things will get better. Julia Here! 410460 I'm glad that your Mom is there for you, and that you can talk to her. And if you ever need a spare ear, or another shoulder to cry on - or even just a place to vent - I'm more than happy to listen.

Love you, sweetie,
Savannah

Thank you all so much! It is comforting to hear that. Sometimes I am surprised I am still functioning properly! Lol! But I am tired of hardships. Sometimes I just don't care and do things I shouldn't. But I know it is wrong and I feel bad afterward. So I am gonna make the best with what I've got. Maybe Arjay will come to my new church when we find one. Mom is letting me stay til after my 16th birthday. January 30th I leave....... Blue cryB
That gives Arjay some more time.......... Love

That's because you have a strong moral "compass" inside of you, Julia, that tells you right from wrong. There are people three times your age who still haven't developed one of those. Julia Here! 811339

It certainly has been a tough year for you, Julia. Being a teen can be tough as it is with so many changes and new responsibilities, and then mix in all the things that you have been through, anyone would have a difficult time.

My son went through a very rough period where he was very depressed, and though we tried, it was beyond the point where my husband and I could help him. We ended pup taking him to see a therapist and just a couple months with him made a world of difference. He just helped Devin see things in a different light and gave him strategies to try when he felt upset. It worked. Sometimes just talking to someone helps (counselor or not) just because you aren't holding all those feelings inside.

Just like Rob said, we're all here for you and we all care very much about you.

Don't you just love coming here? Everyone is so sweet and supportive.

This will make you super strong, and one day you will be able to help support someone else going through the same things.
You have such a sweetness about you and I know you will have a great 2011!
You always have my love.....Gin

Hey Julia, a Bible verse I just came across,

"Yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me"(John 16:32).

Well, everyone thinks I am a "PERFECT" child. No kidding. For an instance, my friend Brandon cussed his neighbor out one day. He then felt SOOOOOOOOOOOOO dirt bad. I mean, he just was feeling awful. The neighbor was calling his Mom things and he stood up.....and cussed too...lol. Anyway, I tried to callm him down and told him I have cussed before and I know how he feels. Just ask God to forgive you and receive his forgiveness. Well, he did but was shocked that I cussed! He never would have thought that I would do such a thing. (I RAREEEELY have done it!) But I DO do wrong. I am not perfect by any means.
Thank you Alex for the verse. That one came in handy for me this past Summer! Geez! Haha!
