The lady who fell into the fountain must be married to the man who stopped in the the middle of my driving lane to send a text (he was walking up the road and decided to cross and then stopped to text). He learned from his wife what would happen if he kept walking. Now he needs to learn that he needs to choose a safe place to stop.
He glared at me too... made me wonder if I was still driving on the road...
