Better!

Hi Everyone!

It's me and I am better! No more fever but just a hacking cough and cold. sickcold

My fever had gotten to almost 104 and Mom and Dad were considering taking me to the ER or a clinic because it wasn't getting better. But thank God it got better and went away! I went out and about for the first time yesterday and it was so nice. My parents also suprised me by getting a portable DVD player! So I was watching "I Love Lucy" in bed. Haha! funny tv

Mom said I was a real trooper through all of this and kept a good spirit. Still needing and taking it easy, but I am basically 100%!

Thank you all for your prayers! I think this might have been the flu. Yuck.

Aren't those fun? Don't know what I'd do without my portable player. Most of my movie watching happens in bed between 5 and 7 AM. Better! 811339

I have forsure heard there is a lot of sickness going around. And Miss Savannah, it was when Lucy danced with Van Johnson! grinsmiley

Glad you're feeling better, Julia. I got a flu shot this year and still got a mild case of it from one of my daughters.

Portable dvd players are wonderful! I take one with me when I go to dialysis.

Spring is finally here, the lovely pink blooms on the "spray" tree outside my window are gone leaving a beautiful willow.

We just watched that episode last week. I love his movies.
